Abstact template including instructions for abstract format can be found HERE. Please note that abstracts over 5 MB in size cannot be uploaded during abstract submission. Abstracts must be submitted in English.
Please note that:
- EVERY Conference participant needs to register, wheather they have a contribution or not.
- Abstract acceptation does not mean registration. Each author attending the conference must register separately.
- Access to conference talks, poster presentations, coffee breaks, welcome reception and farewell cocktail will be for registered participants only.
- One registration fee is for one abstract only.
- Registration fee is waived for PhD/MSc students, plenary speakers, invited oral speakers, members of ELMINA2026 organization as well as previous ELMINA awardees.
- Due to a limited number of oral presentation slots, it is possible that some submissions for oral presentations may be transitioned to poster presentations. This decision will be made based on the scientific merit of the submitted abstract. Industry scientists are warmly encouraged to submit abstracts describing scientific research, methods, or applications. However, scientific presentations must focus on research content and may not include sales material, product promotion, or marketing-oriented messaging.

Commercial presentations (oral or poster) are reserved exclusively for official ELMINA2026 sponsors.

To ensure a fair and scientifically focused program, abstracts will be peer-reviewed for scientific merit and must adhere to the following:

The title, abstract, and presentation content must focus on methods, results, and discoveries, not products.

Company names, logos, and product brands may not appear in titles, slides, or posters, except in the affiliation line.

Instrument performance claims, comparisons to competing products, and marketing slides are not permitted in scientific sessions.

Presentations that do not comply with these guidelines may be moved to the sponsored/commercial track or withdrawn.
