Registration fees

 

 Early bird FEES (until June 15th)

  • Conference Participant - 150 €
  • Student/Researcher younger than 35 - 100 €
  • Participant without contribution - 100 €

REGULAR  FEES (until July 15th)

  • Conference Participant - 200 €
  • Student/Researcher younger than 35 -  150 €
  • Participant without contribution - 150 €

LATE FEES

  • Conference Participant - 300 €
  • Student/Researcher younger than 35 - 200 €
  • Participant without contribution - 200 €

All prices are VAT included.

 

THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES:

  • Admission to all plenary, oral and poster sessions and exibition
  • Programme
  • Conference material
  • Conference ID badge
  • Refreshments during breaks

Please note that:

  • EVERY Conference participant needs to REGISTER, wheather they have a contribution or not.
  • Every registered participant will receive an ID number which they will use during registration fee payment.
  • One registration fee is for one abstract only.
  • All fees exclude Bank transfer expenses.

If you need a pro-forma invoice before the fee payment, please contact the executive organizer after the online registration and abstract submission. Otherwise, please use Bank transfer details.

Student fee is available for master and PhD students as well as researchers, younger than 35. Student status has to be officially confirmed by the relevant Faculty/University while researchers younger than 35 have to send a copy of ID card or passport.

Please, note that after July 15th participants can pay the registration fee by bank transfer/credit card before August 15th, but after July 24th registered participants can only attend the conference as delegates without a contribution i.e. will not be included in the Conference proceedings

Official letter of invitation can be issued upon request by the participant (with an accepted abstract) to obtain a visa. Please contact the executive organizer.
 

Methods of payment

After filling the online registration form, you will be directed to choose method of payment. By choosing the method of payment, on your e-mail you will receive the invoice in PDF. Please note that payment should be received one week after you fill in registration form.

By credit card

VISA, Maestro and Mastercard are widely accepted. If you choose to pay by credit or debit card, you will be redirected to the secure site where you enter your card data. Secure online payments are made through our online registration system. Terms and conditions of using can be read here

Instructions for credit card payment of conference fee will be given by the executive organizer, on demand.

 

By bank transfer

After registering online you will get the invoice for payment. Then make the payment through your bank. In the reference field please indicate ID NUMBER (you will find it on the invoice), ELMINA2024 and the name of the participant. After your payment is received, the online registration will be automatically completed.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Registration fees will be entitled to a 50% refund of the amount paid, net of bank charges (contact TBA). Deadline to claim a refund is August 1st, 2024. Cancellations received after the deadline will not be eligible for refund.
